Ate too much over the Holidays? My Transformation Story

Today is the 4th day into the new year and most people are still feeling the effects of having eaten too much over the Christmas. So once again for some, the resolution of needing to loose those added pounds is underway.

 I must say I am one of those persons. So with you guys, our Fabulous Peeps, I am determined to lose those Christmas pounds and then some.

I am sure that with my public declaration I will get it done, because I know you will hold me accountable.

So here goes........



Day 1
- Omelet for breakfast at 9:30 am.
- Lunch at 3:30...roast chicken with steamed and raw vegetables and cranwata.
- Exercise at 8pm Gilad's Core and More ..... Did most of it but was interrupted by Dominic (my boo/son)- who demanded my attention...
- 9 pm cereal ...

Then it was mommy and son time. Bedtime after....

Ok ....... so what are my goals?

Well I would like to lose about 15 pounds...max 20. Dont want to be too skinny. I would rather be a toned me than a skinny me, just dont want any excess fat. Not attractive.

This will be a day by day journal for one month (hopefully) : )... so you can see my progress...... with pics too

I know I may not lose all that I want in one month but I just want to know I started. 

So........ some may be wondering what is my weight now...... but I wont say until February1st when I will tell you how much I have lost and then you will know my start out weight.....  : )

So healthy eating and proper exercise is what I will use to loose this weight.

I am depending on You guys to carry me through this journey so I ask for your advise and feedback as I go along. I am counting on you.


To a healthy and even sexier me.... as I am already sexy......lolololololol
