Monday ....day 8...... I am really doing well......Guess what????? I had something new for breakfast.......Thank Goodness, I thought I was about to lay an egg....

I have noticed since the start of my exercise program and healthy eating habits I have more energy at work and more energy to keep up with Dee...... So it is serving its purpose.... I hope I drop some pounds too....
