My Transformation - Day 8

Monday ....day 8...... I am really doing well......



Guess what????? I had something new for breakfast.......Thank Goodness, I thought I was about to lay an egg....











 
I have noticed since the start of my exercise program and healthy eating habits I have more energy at work and more energy to keep up with Dee...... So it is serving its purpose.... I hope I drop some pounds too....



Off I go for my 15mins walk to lunch.....3:30pm...... Tuna with tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber

Exercise Time....... Using Gilad's Quick Fit System DVDs this week.......




So 30mins of Cardio Classic..... Bathe and then bed time
