My Transformation Day 2

Ok...... Off to a good start...... Yesterday was great.....

Can actually feel (ever so slightly) my aching muscles.

Day 2

- Omelet for breakfast at 9:30 am.
- Lunch at 3:30...sweet and sour chicken with steamed and raw vegetables and cranwata.
- Exercise at 7:15pm Gilad's Cuts and Curves ..... Did warm-up only (15mins) .... dont want to overdo it : )
- 8 pm tuna sandwich using whole wheat bread with a few grapes.

Other exercise of playing with Dee....

Gonna turn in early today...need the rest.....
