My Transformation - Day 9

Breakfast is getting better.....  : )......

Ham, tomatoes, whole wheat bread













Sorry guys left work early today so I forgot my routine.....



So no walk ...... and I forgot to take a pic of lunch.... Lunch was chicken and a small amount of rice and peas with gatorade (blue).



Using the Gilad's Quick Fit System...


Today is  20 mins Hips, Thighs and Buns with 15mins of Abs




Bathe time, play-time with Dee and Bed......
