My Transformation - Day 3

Another day has passed and I am still up for the challenge..... yea me........

I fear that I have not been giving you enough info on my activities....so forgive me.... I am still sorta new to this blogging thing.....  : )... but I will try my best to give as much info as I can....without being boring....


Day 3

Breakfast
- Getting Dee ready every morning is a work out in itself.....thank goodness I have mastered (sorta) bathing and getting him ready while he sleeps.....

- Breakfast made and packed..... 1 scrambled egg with 1 small tomato, some onions and 1 slice of whole wheat bread.

- Dee at school...crying... :'( .... 10 minutes walk to work......

- 9:30am eating breakfast and ready for the day....

Had to snack on something at 12pm so I chose this........













Lunch
- 15 mins walk to get Lunch ...3:30pm...... had pasta with vegetables cooked with a light  vinaigrette sauce.....
then 15mins walk back to work.......

Walk = Mini workout before and after  lunch ..... : )

Gotta make this month count.......













Workout Time
- I think Dee wants to keep me "quishy "...... just the way he likes it I guess....lololololol.......He was naughty and wouldn't let me do anything...... So I decided to put him to bed and I almost fell asleep in the process....

But I am determined....so at 9:30pm I got up and did Boot Camp Abs.......

I am tired so I am just gonna have my bath and go to bed......
