My Transformation - Day 6

I wont even bother with a pic.......breakfast was the same..... I think I shall focus on my memory next..... That area needs some work...... lolol....so egg again for breakfast.......




Had lots to do at work so that was a work out by itself..... Lots of lifting and bending.......Toning while I work...lolololo  : )





Had lunch today at about 2pm......... but didnt walk anywhere as I carried lunch today...... Small piece of chicken with lots of vegetables (carrots, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber).













Today's upper body work-out was done by me only (no instructor)....... trying a thing..... 3 reps of 10 with the dumbbells (5lbs)......





-  chest press (no ball used)




- Curls (in a squatting position, steps not used)








- overhead press (no ball used, in squatting position)






- Triceps Extension












I am getting there I hope......
